I've been noticing my blog or how I have post in almost a month. Not much has happened. I've been reading for Barn Owl, btw we got some good stuff so far, reading Zbigniew Herbert like its going out of style, watching a lot of movies, Margot at the Wedding was my kind of movie, watching the Euro Cup, all my teams are out but its still great to watch, visited the family, and watched a lot of rain fall.
Haven't written anything that I've like until the other day when I wrote something about a monster in a closet reading Borges. Does anyone else have this problem of producing a lot of stuff they don't like? is it caused by what you're reading, or what you're not reading?

Nice seeing you back in the blogosphere!
I wrote two poems in a day last week, and now I have too much stuff going on to write more.
Sometimes you'll like the poems better with a bit of distance...
I've hated everything I've written this summer...but that's what revision is for. Second drafts are (almost) always better than first.
I *loved* Margot at the Wedding! I saw it a few weeks ago via netflix. I also really, intensely, beautifully loved Mostly Martha, which was part of the same weekend of movie watching as Margot...
